It pays to ask

This product works great. When I first got it, I wrote that it didn't have much in the way of directions on how to use it. Amazon picked that up right away and rectified the problem. They contacted me and told me they were going to send me directions which they did. The Player converter works great and I am very grateful to Amazon for actually reading the reviews and then fixing the problem. I am so used to on line companies who could care less. But Amazon went above and beyond.
If you do get this, ask for the directions...or in any case, anything you get from Amazon. They are incredible.

I have only good things to say about this converter. Did the job well converting a bunch of cassette I had into mp3 files. Easy to use, too.

This is a really good product for the money

For the money it does just what it says it is supposed to, I just had to download Audisity went on YOUTUBE for more instructions and everything fell right in place. No need to spend more money when this works just fine. 8~)
